In the teacher's teaching process, learning materials play an important role to attract the student's attention, and diversify their learning content. The IT Literacy Programme acts as a medium to improve the teacher's teaching method using 'Airplay' in religious schools. The programme was launched yesterday at the Haji Mohd Jaafar Maun Religious School in Kiulap.
The programme was launched by Awang Haji Harun bin Haji Junid, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Among other things, the IT Literacy Programme aimed to assist teachers in preparing teaching materials that are interesting, interactive and innovative. Apart from that, the programme also aspired to improve as well as expand the use and research of IT in teaching and learning management at religious schools.
