Baiduri Bank Group hosted its very first Leadership Forum on building positive work culture.
The one-day forum aimed to foster good leadership, build a stronger working culture and enhance overall understanding of values for a productive and engaged workforce. The forum also acted as a platform to facilitate dialogues between the senior managers and other leaders to share experiences in managing their own teams.
