The Legal Advice Clinic relating to civil and criminal matters conducted by members of the Law Society aims to increase public awareness of legal matters by providing assistance to members of the public with limited earning capacity, who would otherwise be unable and/or are constrained to obtain such assistance. It is held on the last Saturday of every month from 11am to 1pm at the Ground Floor of the Law and Subordinate Courts Building, Jalan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha.
The legal advice will be given to the public on a "first come, first served" basis. As part of measures to enhance public access to legal advice, members of the public who fulfil the criteria may also apply for legal advice from the Law Society under the ambit of the Legal Aid Clinic by completing a form available on the Law Society's website at www.bruneilawsociety.com. Such requests for legal advice will then be attended to by members of the Law Society accordingly.
