Maintain the Country’s Good Name

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah reminds youths to Maintain the Country’s Good Name in any form of action or activity.

His Majesty stresses that youths are still obligated to not neglect noble behaviour and not to put aside the Bruneian mold, Malay Islamic Monarchy if they want to gain success, as it is the most suitable strategic platform to be used. His Majesty made the reminder in the titah in conjunction with the 17th National Youth Day Celebration which took place at the International Convention Centre, Berakas, yesterday morning. The Monarch in the titah says it cannot be denied that youths are a critical component in the nation’s development efforts, as dynamic stakeholders. Thus, His Majesty adds, the correct mould is needed to make youths more prepared in driving national development.
