The "Masjidku Makmur, Negara Berkat" programme continued at Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque yesterday. The benefits in the month of Ramadhan were highlighted in a talk during the event.
The programme began with the mass Subuh or dawn prayer. Among the attendees was Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs. The talk entitled "Ramadan Syahrul Quran" or Ramadhan, The Month of Al-Quran was delivered by Pengiran Anak Dr Haji Amiruddin Alam Shah bin Pengiran Anak Haji Ismail, the Senior Special Duties Officer, Ministry of Religious Affairs. With less than two weeks of Ramadhan left, Muslims continue to perform additional religious deeds to reap the blessings and rewards promised by Allah the Almighty during the holy month.
