Micronet International College Graduation Ceremony

Founders and operators of Private Higher Education Institutions were urged to ensure that the academic standard will always be top quality. It is important for each Private Higher Education Institutions to provide a strategic plan and Key Performance Indicator, KPI that can empower the main core of each institution, in order to achieve trusted and high quality education. Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman, Minister of Education, stated this during the Micronet International College Graduation Ceremony yesterday at the Indera Samudera Hall, Empire Hotel and Country Club in Jerudong.

Yang Berhormat Pehin said it is critical for every graduate to fulfil the current needs and also be prepared to face future challenges. It is hoped that the college can broaden and strengthen the work culture by using entrepreneurial approaches. They should also proactively make a culture of learning towards higher order thinking in any conditions. This is useful so that the graduates produced from such education culture will be more prepared to place themselves in the working world and entrepreneurship that always require solid competitiveness and progressiveness.

373 graduates received their certificates and diplomas in various ICT fields. Two students, Awang Muhammad Nazim bin Suhaili @ Emran received the Special Meritorious Award for Excellent Academic Achievement, while Dayang Farah Nadhirah binti Rusli received a Special Meritorious Award for BDTVEC National Higher Diploma in Computer Studies. Also present was Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Bahrom bin Pengiran Haji Bahar, Deputy Minister of Education.

According the the recipients, the course taken can give them the knowledge dan skills that can be applied in their future job.
