Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Finance and Economy, along with its departments, held a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony for its officers and staff in conjunction with Ramadhan. The event, organized by the Treasury Department, took place at Ash-Shaliheen Mosque on the afternoon of 3rd March.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, who serves as the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and the Second Minister of Finance and Economy. The ceremony also featured the presentation of donations and is noted as the Ministry's annual religious activity during the holy month of Ramadhan.
