Ministry of Health Holds Doa Selamat Ceremony for Haj Pilgrims

Bandar seri begawan: In seeking blessings and protection from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala for the safety, health, and strength of all members of the Haj Medical Bi'thah group and intending Haj pilgrims, the Ministry of Health organized a Doa Selamat ceremony. The event was held at Dewan Al-'Afiah, Ministry of Health, on the morning of April 15th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health. The event coincided with the presentation of appointment letters to the Haj Medical Bi'thah group and donations to 35 intending Haj pilgrims who are officers and staff of the Ministry of Health. Additionally, there was a presentation of the Duyufur Rahman Takaful Scheme Protection Certificate from Insurans Islam General Takaful Sendirian Berhad and special luggage souvenirs from Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad for the Ministry of Health's Haj medical officers. This year, the delegation includes 20 Haj medical officers, comprising six medical officers and 14 nursing officers.
