On the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Public Service Capacity Development, signing on behalf of the Government of His Majesty was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy; while the Government of the Republic of Singapore was represented by His Excellency Chan Chun Sing, Minister of Education and Minister-in-charge of Public Service.
The objective is to establish cooperation between Brunei Darussalam’s Prime Minister’s Office and Singapore’s Public Services Division where Singapore will host the Secondment of Brunei’s civil servants in its ministries and government-linked agencies, and provide training opportunities for them within Singapore’s public service.
