Bangkok: The 36-member Brunei Darussalam contingent departed for Bangkok, Thailand, to participate in the 33rd SEA Games 2025. The Games are set to take place from December 9 to December 20 in Bangkok, Thailand.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Pengiran Haji Mohd Hasnan bin Pengiran Haji Ali Hassan, Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, was present at the Brunei International Airport to bid farewell to the athletes. The national team is set to compete in nine sports events, which include swimming, weightlifting, netball, karate, polo, and wushu. The subsequent group of the delegation is scheduled to leave for Bangkok on Tuesday, December 9.
