Bandar seri begawan: With the theme, “Counselling at Work: Humanizing the Workplace”, the National Counselling Conference serves as an annual platform to strengthen the practice and impact of counselling in various sectors of society. The conference spans three days, commencing on 11th November, at the Civil Service Institute.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the conference gathers both local and foreign experts to discuss practical approaches, resilient leadership, healthy work cultures, and mental health support systems. Organized by the Brunei Darussalam Counselling Association, the event is focused on integrating counselling practices into the work environment. This integration aims to enhance emotional well-being, strengthen professional relationships, and improve organizational performance.
