National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, No Directive Violation Issued Compound Fine

The Minister of Health also shared on the accomplishments of the National Vaccination Programme as of the 23rd of January 2022.

 

The overall population rate who have received at least one dose of the vaccine is 94.8 percent. Meanwhile, the rate of those who have received two doses is 93.9 percent; while 37.2 percent have received three doses of the vaccine. To provide a clearer picture of the location of the positive cases detected in the country, the Ministry of Health also shared some of the results of the research that has been conducted.

 

Between 16th January until 22nd January 2022, there was no mukim that had more than 40 cases, of which 20 mukims or 51.3% had a total of between 1 to 40 cases and 19 mukims or 48.7% had zero case. Since 18 January until 24 January 2022, 247 COVID-19 cases were detected in Brunei Darussalam, were 81 are imported cases. Meanwhile, for the movement restriction carried out from 12 midnight to 4 in the morning, no violation of the directive was recorded.
