The National Youth Congress 2019 is implemented as a platform for youth to share their thoughtful ideas and solution towards the current and future challenges. The Dialogue Session with the Cabinet Ministers and Deputy Ministers at the congress has produced discussions with youth towards the development of more relevant and high impact youth of the future. The Dialogue Session was held yesterday afternoon at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.
Present at the dialogue and interacting with the youth were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sulaiman, Minister of Education; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Abdul Mutalib bin Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Setia Dato Paduka Haji Mohammad Yusof, Minister of Transportation and Infocommunications;Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Bahrom bin Pengiran Haji Bahar, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs; Dato Seri Paduka Awang Ahmaddin bin Haji Abd Rahman, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy; Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Matsatejo bin Sokiaw, Deputy Minister of Energy, Manpower and Industry and Members of the Legislative Council.
The Dialogue Session has also voiced constructive opinions and views including the current policies for youth development and progress that are always based on the Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy. Aside from that, the session also touched on the infrastructure development including public transportation system. The dialogue session also discussed the major responsibility of youth in making pro-active contributions towards the future excellence of youth development agenda.
