His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah continues to remind for all citizens and residents NOT to be negligent or forget that with the leniency given in the endemic phase, because of slight negligence, it can end up being disastrous. His Majesty made the reminder in the Titah in conjunction with New Year 2022 which was broadcast nationwide earlier yesterday evening.
In the titah, His Majesty stresses that the opportunity to see the New Year 2022 is among the priceless blessings such as the blessings of age, health, prosperity and various other forms of blessings, which all of it are entirely rewards from Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala. On the coronavirus pandemic, the Monarch in his titah stated that, recently the world was shocked with the emergence of the new Omicron variant.
