The delegation of the 16th Exchange Visit Program for Senior Civil Service Officers of Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia last night attended an Official Dinner. Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohd Roselan bin Haji Mohd Daud, Acting Minister of Energy and Industry at the Prime Minister's Office in his speech said the visit will further strengthen the friendship, unity and harmony between the two countries.
Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohd Roselan also expressed his appreciation to the delegation which was led by Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Doctor Ali bin Hamsa, the Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia.
Meanwhile, Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Doctor Ali bin Hamsa expressed his confidence that with the mutual religion, language and culture, Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia would be able to overcome the current challenges of the globalisation era by strengthening bilateral cooperation as well as exploring in various fields.
The ceremony was followed by prize presentation for the Friendly Golf and Bowling Tournaments by Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Doctor Ali bin Hamsa and wife AND Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohd Roselan and wife. The Exchange Visit Programme for Senior Civil Service Officers of both countries is a valuable platform to improve the performance of both civil services.
