The Prime Minister's Office and the departments under it held a similar ceremony at Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Mosque in the capital, 16th September evening.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. The ceremony commenced with a mass Fardhu Maghrib prayer followed by the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah and Dikir Assalamualaika as well as Dikir Syarafil Anam presented by the Radio Television Brunei dikir group. The function coincided with the presentation of endowment.
