Prayer on a chair doesn’t mean one have to sit on a chair from Takbiratul Ihram to giving salam, but there are methods based on one’s ability. The State Mufti made the speech during the Launching of Prayer on a Chair workshop held yesterday at the Training Centre, National Service Programme in Kampung Batu Apoi. Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Dr Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned stated that the State Mufti Department has published a book titled: “Sembahyang Menggunakan Kerusi: Cara-Caranya”.
Certificates presentation was held in the afternoon and handed over by Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Japar bin Haji Mat Dain @Maidin, Deputy State Mufti. 200 participants attended the workshop organised by Temburong District Office in cooperation with the State Mufti Department.
