Preparations are being made to facilitate Brunei Darussalam's haj pilgrims' brief stay in Arafah and Mina during the Wukuf and Stoning of the Jamarat. Setting up tents and catering services are managed by Nozoly Company, a contractor which provides services and facilities in Arafah and Mina for haj pilgrims under Maktab or Haj Office 112, including the country's haj pilgrims.
A delegation from the Haj Management Office for Administration and Medical visited the area to inspect the facilities provided to haj pilgrims in Arafah. The tents which will accommodate Brunei's pilgrims are equipped with amenities such as mullti-purpose mattresses, pillows, blankets, surau and toilets. Due to the current high temperature in Saudi Arabia, Nozoly Company will also increase the capacity of the air-conditioning system. The menu will be Malay food which is guaranteed clean and safe for consumption.
The company is also responsible for services and facilities in Mina where the stoning ritual will take place. As in Arafah, the tents in Mina are also equipped with essential facilities for the Haj pilgrims' comfort, convenience and safety.
