14 new cub scouts were feted at a World Scout Membership Badge presentation ceremony for the 2031 Cub Scouts Group. The event took place on 4th February night, at Chung Hwa School’s Hall, Kiudang in Tutong District.
The World Scout Membership badges were presented by Awang Haji Mohd Sufian bin Haji Abd Karim, Acting Commissioner of Tutong District Scout Association. Meanwhile, the scouts’ scarves were presented by Dayang Loo Shee Yun, Chairperson of Chung Hwa School, Kiudang Tutong Scouts Group. The world scout membership badge that was awarded is a recognition as a member of the world scout after passing a number of tests.
