Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council, visited the Athletes’ Village at Princess Noural University to meet with the National Fencing Team preparing for the Islamic Solidarity Games 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
According to Radio Television Brunei, His Royal Highness delivered a sabda to provide words of advice and encouragement to the national fe team. During his visit, he also participated in signing the wall of fame at the Athletes’ Village, marking his support for the athletes.
The National Fencing Team consists of two athletes: Lieutenant Udara Hajah Anis Sabrina binti Haji Yahya, who will compete in the Women’s Individual Sabre, and Awang Mohammad Haziq bin Asahrin, who will represent Brunei in the Men’s Individual Sabre event.
