The Ministry of Health informed that the process of rescheduling the injection slot bookings for those affected by the postponement of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine administered in early September has been completed.
The Indoor Stadium Vaccination Centre has reported, between the 19th until 25th of September 2021, a total of 2,790 of the rescheduled booking slots have failed to turn up. The public is once again advised to check the status of their vaccination appointment via the BruHealth app or SMS from time to time to ensure of the date of appointment slot and location of vaccination centre because during the process of rescheduling the booking slots, some changes had to be implemented such as moving the vaccination location to other vaccination centres. Those who are unable to attend on the date of the booking due to undergoing quarantine or have made other bookings are advised to cancel the booking to give the opportunity to others who can take advantage of the slots.
The public is also advised to update personal information including telephone numbers in the BruHIMS system to ensure that messages related to the bookings can be received.
