15 police officers were promoted by the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. The ceremony was held at the Mess Banquet Hall, Royal Brunei Police Force Headquarters Complex.
In attendance was Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali, Commissioner of the Royal Brunei Police Force. One officer was promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police, four were promoted Senior Superintendent of Police, 8 officers promoted to Superintendent of Police and two others were promoted to Deputy Superintendent of Police.
