Bandar seri begawan: His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah has consented to the launch of the Gen A.I., Guidance for Education book and the Guidelines for Private Higher Education Institutions to Offer Their Own Programmes and Award Qualifications in the Brunei Darussalam Qualification Framework, BDQF as well as the Update of Clauses and Reference Terms to the Brunei Education Act, Chapter 56.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the titah was delivered in conjunction with the culmination of the 35th Teachers’ Day Celebration 2025 on the morning of 23rd September. His Majesty emphasized the importance of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs collaborating with stakeholders to establish a Comprehensive National Early Childhood Education and Care Framework. This initiative aims to ensure that every child in the country receives a basic education that is holistic, inclusive, and of high quality from the earliest stages.

His Majesty began the titah by expressing praises and gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala, acknowledging the grace that allowed them to gather for the 35th Teachers’ Day celebration. This event serves as a sign of appreciation and recognition for the dedication and contributions of teachers, who are seen as the driving force behind the successful transformation of education.
