The Employees Trust Fund (TAP) today announced the decision of TAP Board on the declaration of 2.5% dividend for both TAP and SCP savings for the Financial Year ending 31 March 2018. The said dividend has been credited into members’ TAP and SCP accounts on 11th October 2018. Member’s Account Statements can be obtained from e-Amanah online services via ‘www.tap.com.bn’ or by using TAP’s e-Info Kiosk.
With the 2.5% dividend rate, a sum of Sixty Five Million, Four Hundred Twenty Five Thousand, Forty Two Dollars and Twenty Five Cents ($65,425,042.25) has been credited into 151,535 TAP members’ accounts and a sum of Twenty Six Million, Six Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand, One Hundred Ninety Eight Dollars and Twenty Three Cents ($26,659,198.23) has been credited into 146,263 SCP members’ accounts for the financial year 2017-2018.
TAP’s investment strategies are implemented based on the approved strategic asset allocation with the objective of giving stable returns for the fund. The investments are exposed to global market risks which include the volatility of the stock markets, credit risks and foreign exchange risks.
