Every deed and work need to be accompanied with an intention for Allah Taala. Only with good intention then one can feel the blessings. Fasting for example, must be carried out with an intention solely for Allah the Almighty. This was shared in a Ramadhan talk for the Ministry of Health.
In attendance was Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports as acting Minister of Health. The talk titled ‘Meraih Berkat di Bulan Ramadhan’ was delivered by Awang Fariszal bin Ali, Assistant Counselling Officer at Prison’s Department. The talk also highlighted that any deed with a misleading intention and does not fulfil the Sunnah of Rasullullah Sallahu Alaihi Wassalam, will not gain any blessings. He added, the Ummah should not be seeking for blessings in Ramadhan, but also in other months.
