Selling Items Resembling Firearms

The Royal Brunei Police Force, RBPF reminds the public that it is an offence under the provisions of the law in Brunei Darussalam to possess or sell items and equipment that resemble firearms.

 

The reminder was made following the arrest of a male suspect for allegedly selling games that resemble firearms during an inspection conducted by personnel of the Bandar Seri Begawan Police Station, who found evidence in the form of toys resembling firearms. The suspect and the seized items were brought to the Bandar Seri Begawan Police Station for further investigation and referred to the authorities for confirmation and an expert report.
