Identifying the income needed to maintain a normal lifestyle in retirement is vital. This was stressed in the "Lakastah Bersedia" organised by Employees Trust Fund, T.A.P that ended yesterday afternoon at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
The "Lakastah Bersedia" programme stresses the importance of planning a well organised infrastructure especially in ensuring early preparations were made before the retirement. The programme focusses on people who will retire within the next 10 to 15 years and their spouses. The aspects of retirement preparations include Financial Planning, Assets Management, Health Care, Family and Social Relations as well as Avoiding Financial Fraud.
50 participants comprising Officers and staff of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and their spouses received certificates from Dayang Rahimah binti Haji Ibrahim, Acting Senior Manager of T.A.P Services. The "Lakastah Bersedia" Programme will be extended to other ministries in the future.
