The Sovereign's Parade marks the beginning of the Officer Cadets' careers as Commissioned Officers of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, RBAF.
In the titah, His Majesty stresses that a leader, especially a young Officer needs strong commitment and integrity apart from always being a role model to the people he leads. The Monarch says well done to the Officer Cadets for their determination and unyielding spirit in completing the course successfully.
