Sukhothai is flooded again as the Yom River overflows.

Flooded again! The largest mass of water from the Yom River from Wang Chin District, Phrae Province, flowed into the upper districts of Sukhothai Province, both Sawankhalok and Si Samrong, causing the floodwater to rise and spread even wider. The villagers suffered more and many lives had to face this flood crisis. Source: Thai News Agency
