Bandar seri begawan: In conjunction with the World Town Planning Day 2025 celebration, the Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Bridge was lit with colourful lights. World Town Planning Day is celebrated every 8th November.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the multi-coloured lights symbolise the importance of integrated development. The colours of the lights that are lit are based on the colour codes for Land Use Planning zones in national, district, and local planning and development plans.
