Sultanate of Oman Donates Arabic Language Text Books

The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the country has donated 238 Arabic Language text books to the Ministry of Religious Affairs in recognition of the Ministry's efforts in propagating Arabic Language. The book donations also aims to support the Ministry of Religious Affairs in improving the effectiveness of Arabic Language education in Arabic schools in the country.

His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Hashil Al-Maskari, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman to Brunei Darussalam presented the books to Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The presentation of the books is hoped to further strengthen relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Sultanate of Oman, and broaden cooperation in all related fields, specifically in Arabic Language education. The ceremony took place at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Girls Secondary Arabic Religious School in Kampung Katok.
