London: A Sunat Hajat Prayer, Reading of Surah Yasin, and Special Doa ceremony for the health and well-being of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was organized by the Overseas Students Unit.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Brunei Darussalam students in the United Kingdom and Ireland gathered for the event at the Students Unit, located within the Brunei Darussalam High Commission in London. In addition to the ceremony held in the UK, similar gatherings took place at the High Commission Surau, Brunei Darussalam High Commission Office in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
In Singapore, students from Brunei Darussalam participated in a corresponding ceremony at the Brunei Darussalam High Commission. Additionally, students studying in Australia and New Zealand joined in the observance through an online ceremony.
