In an effort to enhance the capacity and skills of Syar’ie prosecuting officers especially in the law of evidence application, the Syar’ie Prosecuting Division, Ministry of Religious Affairs has conducted the online Advanced Syariah Court Evidence Order 2001 Course.
The course focuses on the discussion and analysis of issues in the law of evidence in the handling of syariah criminal cases. The facilitator selected for the course was Associate Professor Doctor. Zulfakar bin Ramlee, a lecturer in the Department of Legal Practice, Kulliyyah of Ahmad Ibrahim Law, International Islamic University Malaysia.
