‘TAP Membantu’ Service Provides Special Counter for Members who require Special Assistance

The Employee's Trust Fund, TAP introduced the 'TAP Membantu' service to provide excellent services to its members including people with special needs. The 'TAP Membantu' provides special counter for members who require special assistance to facilitate their business with T.A.P and reduce waiting time.

Currently, this special counter service is only at TAP Headquarters, PGGMB Building in the capital and TAP branch in Kuala Belait. Members who require mobility assistance at any TAP counter cam make arrangements to enable TAP representative to visit members for any TAP matters.

To better communicate with visually or hearing impaired members, TAP has designated staff with abilities to communicate using sign language to assist the members.
