The Creative Economy Week festival is to recognise and put value into the skill of creativity, and its existence in industries beyond the arts. The Creative Economy Week ended yesterday with featuring a curated series of workshops, experiences, competitions and forums to promote the development of creative industries in the country. The Event took place yesterday afternoon at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Shopping Complex in the Capital.
The Creative Economy Week which started since LAST MONDAY showcasing an immersive Interactive art exhibit created by local artists. A Forum entitled: 'Partnership And Collaborations-Creative Economy Landscapes' was also held. The event brings together artists, entrepreneurs and professionals from various backgrounds to showcase the ways in which creativity plays an active role in different lines of work across other industries, beyond the arts. The prizes was handed over by Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan to the winners of the Creative Sprints.
