Visitors to the Praying is Easy Carnival gained much knowledge and information from the programme which was organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Its main goal was to strengthen the people's determination in preserving and defending the purity of the Muslim way of life. It was a response to the titah of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam which gave top priority to performing the obligatory prayers regardless of situation, condition and time.
The carnival intended to enhance the people's awareness on the importance of performing solat or prayer properly and accurately. The Al-Fatihah Clinic organised by the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute received good response and provided the public the opportunity to refine their reading of Al-Fatihah.
The Tarbiyah Taharah: Tayammum And Wudhu Clinic organised by the Seri Begawan Religious Reachers University College, KUPU-SB demonstrated the right way to perform tayamum and wuduh or ablution.
Another attraction at this morning's programme was the Patient Prayer Help Service which assisted the country's hospital patients in performing the five daily prayers as well as in performing Wudhu or ablution and Tayammum. The programme also encouraged the public, especially patients to perform prayers properly.
