The National Virology Reference Laboratory’s Capacity has been increased

In the same media conference, the Minister of Health also advised the public to stay at home in together curbing the COVID-19. According to the Minister of Health, the National Virology Reference Laboratory’s capacity has been increased.

The National Virology Laboratory located in Kampung Sumbiling, has increased its capacity to up to two thousand which was previously only 100 capacity. According to the Minister of Health, the amount is still insufficient and plans to build another laboratory that can accommodate 5,000 capacity. On vaccinations for breastfeeding mothers and pregnant mothers, the Minister of Health stated that it is safe for them to receive vaccinations of either moderna, pfizer or astrazaneca. The Ministry of Health also plans to build another vaccination centre. The Minister, meanwhile, said it is better for the public to testify transparently rather than hiding or denying it.
