The Tithe Recipient Capacity Building Programme, PROPAZ, organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs bears fruit as several entrepreneurs who are tithe recipients managed to improve their lives through training programmes and assistance from the Brunei Muslim Religious Council, MUIB and Islamic Da’wah Centre.
