Towards increasing academic excellence and encouraging the involvement of undergraduates at higher education institutions and universities in the Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Movement, the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA Red Crescent Association, held the UNISSA Red Crescent Platoon Launch Ceremony. The ceremony was held at the university, 21st September afternoon.
The launch was officiated by Doctor Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal, Rector of UNISSA who also presented member and First Aid Skills certificates to the UNISSA Red Crescent platoon members. Also held was a presentation of the Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Book Prize Award to Dayang Nazifa Nabila binti Doctor Haji Ismuhadi, Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Association’s COVID-19 Volunteer. Earlier, Rank Credentials were presented to the Chief Cadet Officer of UNISSA Red Crescent Platoon, Platoon Commander and Assistant Commander.
