Bandar seri begawan: In conjunction with Universiti Teknologi Brunei's (UTB) 40th Anniversary Celebration, UTB launched a First Day Cover and Commemorative Stamp Collection. The launching ceremony was held at UTB on the morning of June 30.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was officiated by Doctor Awang Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. The collection includes five commemorative stamps, each priced at 20 cents, a Miniature Sheet priced at 40 Brunei dollars themed 'UTB Pulse', and a First Day Cover. Attendees also included Datin Paduka Professor Doctor Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman, Vice-Chancellor of UTB.
