Water Pipe Investigation to Impact Multiple Areas in Rimba and Temburong

Bandar seri begawan: Water pipe investigation work at the Rimba catchment tank is scheduled for this Tuesday, 24th February 2026. The Public Works Department has announced that several areas may experience low water pressure. The affected areas include the Pengiran Anak Puteri Hajah Muta-Wakkilah Hayatul Bolkiah Health Centre, Rimba Dialysis Centre, STKRJ Perumahan Kembar Rimba, Kampung Rimba, RPN Rimba Satu, Dua, Tiga and Empat areas, STKRJ Kampung Rimba, and surrounding areas. The research work will commence at 9 in the morning and conclude by 12 in the afternoon. According to Radio Television Brunei, similar investigation work will be conducted at the Lakiun tank catchment in the Temburong District. The affected areas for this segment of the work include Kampung Batu Apoi, Kampung Selapon, Kampung Nagalang, Kampung Labu, Kampung Senukoh, Kampung Piasau-piasau, Kampung Lamaling, Kampung Rebada, Kampung Sekurop, Labu Immigration Control Post, Lakiun Camp, and surrounding areas. These research activities are planned to last for two days, starting on the 24th of February from 9 in the morning to 12 in the afternoon.
