Oct. 8 - Speed ??up pumping water out of Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province and Mueang District, Lamphun Province. It is expected that the situation will return to normal within 7 days. The Royal Irrigation Department reported the situation of the Ping River in Mueang Chiang Mai District at Station P.1, Nawarat Bridge, at a level of 3.22 meters, 48 ??cm below the bank, with a tendency to continue decreasing. As for the water flooding the city area and economic areas, the water has now receded in almost every area. There are only some low-lying areas that are flooded. As for the mass of water overflowing the banks of the Ping River and flowing continuously into Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province, the average water level is 10-30 cm. There are flooded areas in 74 villages in 12 sub-districts. Prepared 74 water pumps to help, some of which have started operating.
