ASEAN Forum: The Future of Finance

?Amidst a strong post-pandemic recovery, the global landscape is experiencing shifts in major economies, high inflation and challenges including supply chain issues and geopolitical tensions. Meanwhile, emerging markets are faced with inflation and reduced demand. The Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy highlighted this in a keynote address at the 2nd ASEAN Forum: The Future of Finance, held at a hotel in Jerudong. Themed, 'The Future of Finance'', the forum aims to explore key themes that are currently shaping the financial landscape and will have far-reaching implications for businesses and society. The forum was hosted by Asia Asset Management in collaboration with the Brunei Institute of Leadership and Islamic Finance, with support from Brunei Darussalam Central Bank and Brunei Capital Market Association.
