Electric cars hold the accelerator easier than conventional cars?
The accelerator sticking problem can occur with all types of cars. But have to look at what is the cause. Nowadays, almost all modern cars use an electric throttle. If it is a system error, it usually happens very rarely. Most of the time there is something causing the accelerator to stay stuck, for example, if the driver is a woman wearing high heels. May cause the heels to conflict with the accelerator. Or have a bottle of water or something in the car to scrub.
When this condition occurs, many people will lose their consciousness, behave incorrectly, and do not know how to control it. The driver should stay alert and try to use the brakes to slow down the car. In a car that uses automatic transmission, slowly step on the brake to support the car on the side of the road. Then shift the gear to the neutral position (N), let the car move slowly, alternately tapping the brakes periodically.
However, the driver must be conscious and learn how to remedy the situation. If the throttle sticks, it will reduce the risk of serious harm and enable safe emergency control.
