Bandar seri begawan: In an effort to enhance awareness, understanding, and promote action towards inclusive employment, particularly for neuro-divergent individuals, the Bridging Employment with Able Mindset (BEAM) Forum was conducted at a hotel in the capital on the morning of June 11th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the forum explored a range of topics, including inclusive hiring practices, employer readiness, and workplace support. The sessions were tailored for employers, organizations, government agencies, NGOs, community partners, and stakeholders to gain insights into inclusive employment and workplaces that accommodate neuro-divergent individuals. The sessions featured several speakers who offered perspectives on fostering a more inclusive and sustainable workplace.
