Bandar Seri Begawan: The Belia Santuni Anak Yatim 2025 Programme took place at Jame’ Asr Hassanil Bolkiah in Kampung Kiarong, gathering community support and enhancing the role of youth in society. The event was held on the morning of June 22.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme, themed “Belia Prihatin, Anak Yatim Disayangi,” brought together 34 orphans from several regions, including Kampung Menglait, Kampung Gadong, Kampung Bolkiah A and B, Kampung Perpindahan Mata-Mata, and Kampung Tanah Jambu. Donations were presented to the orphans by Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Hamdan, a Member of the Legislative Council.
The programme was organised by Members of the National Mosque Youth Executive Committee in cooperation with the Youth Affairs Division and the Mosque Affairs Department. This initiative aims to not only provide relief to orphans but also empower youth as caring agents in the community.
