Brunei Darussalam Central Bank Launches National Financial Literacy Survey 2025

Bandar seri begawan: Brunei Darussalam Central Bank, BDCB, has initiated the 4th National Financial Literacy Survey 2025, in collaboration with the Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies, CSPS. This survey will continue until the 12th of February 2026 and aims to gather comprehensive financial literacy data from the population. According to Radio Television Brunei, the survey's results will be internationally comparable and crucial for designing targeted financial education programs, regulatory initiatives, and policy interventions to support Wawasan Brunei 2035. Conducted as a nationwide face-to-face household survey, it will involve a statistically representative random sample of 1,800 households across all four districts, focusing on adults aged between 18 to 79 years. Households chosen to participate are advised to verify their identities against the official list available on the CSPS website before the survey begins. All data collected will be strictly confidential and solely for statistical and rese arch purposes.
