Brunei Ministry of Religious Affairs Hosts 221st Munajat Ramadhan

Bandar seri begawan: The Al-Qur'an, regarded as a revelation from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, serves as a reminder and guidance for humanity, helping them return to the righteous path. In Brunei Darussalam, known as a Zikir Nation, the Al-Qur'an is considered the 'pulse' that invigorates the lives of individuals, communities, and nations. This perspective was a focal point during the Tadabbur Al-Qur'an Surah As-Sajdah, Verses 2 and 3, at the 221st Munajat Ramadhan organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Awang Haji Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Awang Haji Othman, the Minister of Religious Affairs. The Tadabbur emphasized that when the Al-Qur'an is adopted as a life guide, it fosters a society that is faithful, possesses noble character, integrity, and is conscious of executing Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala's commands while avoiding His prohibitions.

The ceremony featured a mass recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah, Surah As-Sajdah, and Selawat Tafrijiyyah, along with Doa Peliharakan Sultan and Brunei Darussalam. Participants also joined virtually from the Takmir Committees, Youth, and Congregants of the Kampung Belimbing Mosque, Subok, and the Al-Muhtadee Billah Mosque, Kampung Sungai Kebun.
