Kuala lumpur: The Young Entrepreneurs Association of Brunei, YEAB, is reinforcing its commitment to expanding opportunities for Bruneian entrepreneurs within the ASEAN business ecosystem. Recently, two YEAB representatives participated in the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, ACCCIM’s two-day programme in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which hosted over 1,000 participants.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme included Dayang Goh Chai Li, President of YEAB, and Dayang Nuur Batrisyia, Secretary Assistant of YEAB, who were among the attendees. A key event was the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Dialogue, where a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed. This MoU involved Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Young Entrepreneurs Associations across ASEAN, as well as counterparts from China and Japan, totaling 20 signatories. The agreement marks a significant move towards enhancing entrepreneurial collaboration in the region and beyond.
Additionally, the YEAB representatives were present for the 4th Young Entrepreneurs Conference 2025 and the ACCCIM Young Entrepreneurs Super Model Awards Ceremony, further underscoring their active participation in fostering regional business ties.
