Leadership skills can be upgraded with the application of elements in practising good governance based on the government policy allocation as well as civil and syariah legal management. Assistant Commissioner of Police Awang Haji Mohammed Fadzillan bin Haji Ismail, Acting Deputy Commissioner of Royal Brunei Police Force stated the matter at the Closing Ceremony of Capacity Development Programme for Royal Brunei Police Force Middle Management.
The Capacity Development Programme was held for the first time starting on the 5th of October. The programme was conducted by the Royal Brunei Police Force's Human Resources Development together with Universiti Teknologi Brunei towards realising the direction and objective of capacity development as well as competency of Royal Brunei Police Force's Officers. During the programme, awareness briefing from other agencies was also highlighted as playing a vital role in the risk assessment of every participants on the importance of moral and individual integrity in carrying out responsibilities as a leader in any future situation. The Closing Ceremony was held at the Police Officer's Mess in Gadong.
